Yearly penalty assessment procedures for OEHA residents
- 1 April – 10% late penalty added to unpaid annual HOA Assessment
- 1 May – $25.00 bookkeeping fee added to unpaid annual HOA Assessment
- 1 June – A lien will be filed, $38.00 filing fee, against all properties with annual unpaid HOA Assessment and the account will be turned over for collection; 30% increase to unpaid balance
- Insufficient Funds on paying by check impossed by our bank is $35.00
